Otzi Mushrooms
Otzi Mushrooms are farmed in the great state of California. Their Fungi is grown from organic oat hull, an environmentally friendly substrate for their mushrooms to grow. Oat Hull uses less water and releases less carbon into the air than its counterpart substrates; such as wood pellets and sawdust. Otzi Mushrooms are also tested in third party labs to ensure there are no traces of hard metals or contaminants.
